Approach
CaPS is, above all,
a member-driven concept
The CaPS concept is unique among private equity investors in the Nordic and Baltic countries. CaPS is above all a member-driven concept. Our member companies play a central role in the selection of sourcing categories and vendors. All vendors are selected in a competitive procurement process, which includes all members interested in a specific category. Our approach is to aggregate volumes wherever possible from laptops to vehicles.
